Compensation:

• Salary Range: BDT 35,000 - BDT 40,000

• Bi-Annual Salary Increment (Eligibility Condition Applies)

• 2 Times Yearly Festival Bonus (Eligibility Condition Applies)

Job Overview:

We’re looking for a Full-Stack Developer who thrives on building smart, efficient systems from the ground up. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining both the front-end and back-end of internal tools and automation platforms that power our operations. You won’t just be writing code; you’ll be solving real problems, streamlining workflows, and bringing ideas to life through scalable, reliable solutions.

You’ll collaborate closely with different teams to understand how they work and design systems that make their work easier, faster, and more accurate. From building web interfaces and APIs to automating routine processes, you’ll have a direct impact on how the company operates day to day. This is a dynamic, hands-on role for someone who’s excited about connecting systems, improving user experiences, and turning complex problems into seamless digital solutions.

Job Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Design, code, test, and implement according to design specifications following standard coding styles and practices.

• Managing the complete software development process from conception to deployment and maintaining and upgrading the software following deployment.

• Leverage both AI-powered solutions and traditional automation tools to optimize operations and improve workflow performance.

• Identify opportunities to streamline processes through automation, reducing effort and enhancing efficiency.

• Collaborate with wing leads to assess automation needs and implement solutions that align with business objectives.

• Document all automation workflows, maintaining clear records for scalability, modifications, and future improvements.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or a related field.

• Certifications or proven experience in automation tools, workflow management, or AI-driven platforms (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate, n8n, Zapier, Python Script) are a plus.

Skills & Requirements

• Proficient in front-end technologies, including JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3, with experience using frameworks such as React.js.

• Solid understanding of server-side programming languages, particularly Java and Python.

• Familiar with database management systems, including MongoDB and MySQL.

• Practical experience with automation platforms such as n8n, Zapier, VectorShift, or custom Python scripting.

• Proficiency in implementing RESTful communication is required.

• Ability to conceptualize and design complete system workflows, from ideation to execution.

• A solution-oriented mindset—focused on automating processes to address real business problems, not just for convenience.

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate workflows, identify inefficiencies, and determine automation opportunities.

• High level of attention to detail, understanding that even minor automation errors can lead to significant operational disruptions.

• Knowledge of data security best practices and adherence to organizational compliance policies.
