Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven individual to join our team as an Emerging Lead in the Quality Control wing. In this key role, you will oversee audit processes, quality control strategies, and operational improvements to ensure compliance, efficiency, and accuracy across all audit functions. As an emerging lead in the QC wing, you will be responsible for monitoring audit coverage, optimizing workflows, implementing automation, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, mentor team members, and enhance overall audit efficiency. This role requires strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Job Responsibilities
Strategic Development
Develop and implement a data-driven Quality Control strategy that aligns with the organization’s key objectives, supporting both short-term improvements and long-term business growth.
Conduct regular audits to identify errors, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement, ensuring that audit processes remain effective and are continuously refined to meet evolving demands.
Redesign and enhance audit and remediation frameworks, leveraging AI-driven solutions to improve accuracy, efficiency, and accessibility for all support agents.
Collaborate with department heads and leadership to align QC initiatives with business priorities, delivering measurable improvements in quality control and employee performance.
Implement real-time tracking systems to measure the effectiveness of audit processes and remediation plans, ensuring continuous improvement through data-driven feedback and performance insights.
Conduct interactive upskilling sessions when needed, ensuring an engaging and effective learning experience for all auditors and support agents.
Team Management & Development
Serve as the primary liaison between leadership, departments, and teams, ensuring that the Quality Control wing’s needs are identified and effectively addressed.
Foster strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring that audit processes are aligned with departmental objectives and contribute to overall business success.
Oversee the design, implementation, and evaluation of quality control audits and key performance indicators, ensuring consistent standards across all teams.
Mentor, develop, and lead a team of skilled QC professionals, providing guidance to enhance both their technical expertise and professional growth.
Contribute to the development and execution of company-wide quality control initiatives, including performance enhancement programs and employee engagement strategies, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Job requirements
Qualifications
Education
Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university. Relevant experience and skills will be given equal consideration.
Advanced certifications (e.g., CQA, CCXP, ACXS) are desirable.
Experience
A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in leading Quality Control (QC) initiatives, with a proven track record of driving impactful audit programs and improving quality standards across teams.
Experience in leading and mentoring high-performing teams, with the ability to foster a collaborative and growth-oriented environment that encourages continuous improvement.
Hands-on experience with audit and remediation frameworks, ensuring that processes are efficient, accurate, and compliant with company standards and industry regulations.
Expertise in utilizing AI-driven tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to optimize audit processes, increase efficiency, and improve the accuracy of quality control activities.
Proficiency with project management platforms (e.g., ClickUp) to manage and streamline QC operations, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation of audit tasks and initiatives.
