Office Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Weekend: 2 days

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary Range: BDT 30,000 - BDT 35,000

• Bi-Annual Salary Increment (Eligibility Condition Applies)

• 2 Times Yearly Festival Bonus (Eligibility Condition Applies)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Executive, Internal Audit to join our team. In this role, you will assist in developing and executing a risk-based audit plan, lead financial, operational, and compliance audits, and collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify key risks. You'll analyze data, prepare audit reports, and communicate findings to management. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing a risk-based audit plan for the organization.

• Execute and lead financial, operational, and compliance audits in accordance with internal audit standards.

• Conduct interviews with key stakeholders to gather information & assess risks and controls

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify key risks.

• Gather and analyze data and documentation to identify issues and areas for improvement

• Prepare audit reports & communicate findings to supervisor

• Work Collaboratively with other departments to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

• Demonstrate strong time management skills to efficiently execute audit plans and meet reporting deadlines.

• Stay updated on new tools and technologies relevant to a paperless organization.

• Effectively communicate audit findings and recommendations to various levels of management and stakeholders.

Qualification:

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a major in Finance or Accounting from a reputed Public or Private university.

• CA CC from a reputed CA Firm or part qualified CIA certification will be preferable.

• 1-2 years of experience in the Internal Audit Department.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including complex formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, SUMIF, COUNTIF), Data Validation, Pivot Table creation, and dynamic dashboard development.

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

• Effective communication in English & presentation skills.
