Your Role in Our Mission

As an Executive, Finance & Accounts (Revenue Assurance) you will be assuring every dollar of revenue that flows through FundedNext and FNmarkets travels across payment partners, trading systems, and ledgers before it becomes a recognised number on the P&L. The Executive, Revenue Assurance protects the integrity of that journey. This role safeguards against revenue leakage, validates that what we earn is what we book, and gives leadership confidence that our revenue reporting reflects reality. As we scale globally, the accuracy of every entry compounds — and this seat is where that accuracy is built and defended.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Revenue Reconciliation & Assurance

• Perform daily and periodic reconciliations between transaction systems, PSP settlements, and the general ledger to ensure all revenue is captured accurately.

• Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks, unrecorded transactions, and revenue discrepancies across business entities.

• Validate fee, commission, spread, and payout entries against underlying transaction data to catch revenue leakage before it compounds.

Bookkeeping & Ledger Integrity

• Support the posting of approved revenue entries, payout-related journals, and month-end provisional entries in line with applicable accounting standards.

• Maintain organised, audit-ready records of revenue transactions and general ledger entries across multiple business entities.

• Assist in month-end and year-end close activities, including revenue-side reconciliations, entry verification, and reversal processes.

Financial Reporting & Variance Analysis

• Prepare revenue schedules and supporting data for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports.

• Assist senior team members in preparing variance summaries between expected and recognised revenue, and structured data for performance reviews.

• Support audit readiness by keeping revenue documentation, reconciliations, and supporting evidence organised and accessible.

Systems, Controls & Team Coordination

• Record and validate revenue transactions within financial systems such as QuickBooks Online, Xero, ApprovalMax, or similar platforms.

• Ensure all entries are processed in line with GAAP, IFRS, IAS (particularly IFRS 15 revenue recognition), and internal policies.

• Work with payments, trading operations, and product teams to trace revenue flows end-to-end and support process improvements that strengthen assurance controls.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics from a recognised university.

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting, revenue assurance, audit, or finance operations.

• Chartered Accountancy Course Completed (CA CC) from a reputed CA firm is a strong plus, particularly for candidates aiming to build depth in assurance and controls.

• Strong command of Advanced Excel and Google Sheets for reconciliation, variance analysis, and reporting.

• Working knowledge of QuickBooks, Xero, or comparable accounting platforms.

• Solid grounding in accounting principles, IFRS/IAS, and revenue recognition concepts.

• Experience in fintech, brokerage, payments, or high-growth environments is a plus.
