Your Role in Our Mission
As an Executive in the Content Quality & Editorial (CQE) bureau, you will safeguard the clarity, accuracy, tone, and compliance of all written and visual content across the organization. You will review and validate content produced by Marketing, Product, Client Experience, Compliance, and Design — ensuring every piece is factual, consistent, and aligned with NEXT’s brand voice.
Your role is to evaluate, refine, and elevate content across emails, app and web microcopy, FAQ articles, announcements, scripts, UI text, and marketing materials. Through your insights, you will reduce errors, close knowledge gaps, and raise the overall quality bar. Your judgment will directly influence how NEXT communicates with users, stakeholders, and the global trading community.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Content Quality Review
Evaluate written and visual content across email, web/app microcopy, FAQs, announcements, push notifications, UI text, scripts, and marketing assets using NEXT’s CQE rubric.
Ensure every piece meets standards for clarity, accuracy, tone, consistency, compliance, formatting, and product correctness.
Verify facts, claims, numbers, and product details with a strict zero-assumption approach.
Flag risky, ambiguous, or misleading content with clear, evidence-backed reasoning.
Precise Editorial Feedback
Provide structured, actionable feedback that creators can apply immediately.
Distinguish between creative style and genuine errors, preserving brand intent while correcting issues.
Maintain calm, neutral editorial judgment even when stakeholders have differing perspectives.
Validate creative intent while ensuring compliance and brand alignment remain intact.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with Marketing, Product, Client Experience, Compliance, and Design teams to resolve content discrepancies and ensure shared understanding.
Clarify intent, factual accuracy, and user impact when content decisions involve multiple viewpoints.
Help maintain a unified brand voice across diverse platforms and content types.
Quality Tracking & Reporting
Identify recurring issues across tone, accuracy, structure, compliance, and product logic - and translate these patterns into clear insights.
Maintain clean, complete CQE trackers, logs, and dashboards for traceability and auditing.Produce weekly summaries highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities for content improvement.
Support for Content Evolution
Contribute to editorial refinement projects and content improvement initiatives when required.
Assist in strengthening editorial guidelines by suggesting additions to rubrics, checklists, and quality frameworks.
Help raise the overall content quality bar across the organization through consistent, disciplined evaluation.
Role Boundary Note
This is a content review and quality assurance role - not a content creation role.
Your responsibility is to evaluate, refine, and validate content, not to produce it end-to-end.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or relevant practical experience.
Excellent written English proficiency, demonstrating correct grammar, clarity, and structured communication.
Prior experience in content editing, reviewing, or copywriting, preferably involving quality checks or brand consistency.
Basic understanding of content workflows, including copy briefs, revisions, version control, and turnaround cycles.
Ability to follow structured checklists, rubrics, and editorial guidelines with discipline and consistency.
Familiarity with content and productivity tools such as Google Workspace, ClickUp, Notion, and Sheets.
Ability to work under deadlines, manage multiple reviews, and maintain organized documentation.
Comfort collaborating with multiple departments.

Editorial Judgment Under Ambiguity: Makes correct content decisions even when briefs are incomplete, creative intent is unclear, or different teams share conflicting expectations.
Accuracy & Fact-Checking Discipline: Verifies every detail - numbers, claims, product references, compliance rules - with zero assumptions and no shortcuts, ensuring the content is precise and risk-free.
Tone Calibration Sensitivity: Understands the brand voice deeply and can spot tone mismatches within seconds, even in nuanced, subtle, or subjective content.
Bias-Free Content Evaluation: Reviews work with complete neutrality - no favoritism, no intimidation, no politics - regardless of department, creator, or seniority.
Structured Feedback Communication: Gives feedback that is clear, concise, evidence-backed, and easy for creators to act on, without overexplaining or diluting the core intent.
