Position: Executive, Community Manager

Job Nature: Full Time

Office Hours: 

9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

11:00 AM - 8:00 PM

 

Compensation Package:

  • Salary Range: BDT 30,000 - BDT 35,000

  • Bi-Annual Salary Increment (Eligibility Condition Applies).

  • 2 Times Yearly Festival Bonus (Eligibility Condition Applies).

Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented Executive, Community Manager who will build and manage relationships with NEXT Ventures online communities, engage with them through social media platforms and moderate user-generated content. The individuals will also aim to increase engagement and loyalty among the communities.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create graphical/written content for various communities.

  • Write catchy and persuasive captions for various contents.

  • Post & schedule content properly across multiple platforms.

  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to collect feedback.

  • Onboard potential partners and maintain proper communication.

  • Collaborate with onboarded partners to host events worldwide.

  • Manage external and internal communities.

  • Engage with clients and guide them through.

  • Write engaging sales copy for landers.

  • Collaborate with the Analyst, Marketing, and Customer Support Team to develop a variety of content ideas.

  • Stay updated on trends and competitors.

Job requirements

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills - Ability to communicate effectively in English with the online communities through various channels, including social media, messaging, email and video calling.

  • Open to learning and adapting to new skill sets - Need to have the ability to learn anything fast, and have the mindset for continuous learning. Need to be able to adapt to new market trends and follow through accordingly.

  • Marketing and social media expertise - Understanding of marketing and social media principles to create engaging content, monitor social media platforms, moderate user-generated content, and engage with the community.

  • Analytical mindset - Ability to analyze social media metrics and community engagement data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions and recommendations.

  • Project management abilities - Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • Relationship-building skills - Capability to build and maintain relationships with Partners and the online communities, respond to inquiries, resolve conflicts, and provide assistance when needed. 

  • Technical proficiency - Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools to manage and optimize community engagement. Being tech savvy and hands on experience with AI Tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney is a plus.

  • Creative thinking - Ability to develop innovative ideas to increase community engagement, develop campaigns, and enhance the brand's online presence.
