Your Role in Our Mission

As an Executive, Client Experience, you’ll play a vital role in delivering timely and effective support through chat and email, ensuring every client interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. You’ll take ownership of the client journey, helping us continuously evolve and adapt our services to meet their changing needs and enhance overall satisfaction.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Customer Support & Issue Resolution

  • Provide responsive and accurate support through our Instant CRM and Helpdesk platforms.

  • Handle customer inquiries within expected timeframes, escalating complex cases when necessary.

  • Resolve issues effectively while adhering to company policies and service standards.

Client Experience & Feedback Loop

  • Contribute to enhancing the overall client experience by sharing actionable ideas for service improvements.

  • Identify client feedback trends and route them to the appropriate teams to address concerns and drive solutions.

Data Management & Operational Support

  • Collect and update relevant customer data, ensuring accuracy and completeness in the database.

  • Complete daily assigned tasks as directed by the Supervisor with consistency and attention to detail.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field.

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience with FX and CFDs trading environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English across email, chat, and other channels.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with openness to diverse perspectives, ideas, and strategies.

  • Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure, with high levels of adaptability, patience, and discipline.

  • Moderate technical aptitude with proficiency in tools like Google Sheets.

  • A positive attitude that contributes to a collaborative and vibrant team culture.

Your X-Factor

  • Delivers a seamless, empathetic, and solutions-focused customer experience across chat and email.

  • Maintains composure and professionalism under pressure while resolving client issues efficiently.

  • Proactively identifies patterns in client feedback and contributes ideas to improve service quality.

Your Work Schedule

This role requires working based on a roster shift schedule. The candidate should be flexible and prepared to work assigned shifts to ensure continuous support for business operations.
