Your Role in Our Mission
As an Executive, Client Experience, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. Your role is crucial in delivering fast, accurate, and empathetic support while ensuring a world-class client experience. You’ll work in a dynamic environment where adaptability, problem-solving, and client-first thinking are highly valued.
Due to the nature of working hours for this role, we are currently considering only male candidates.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Provide real-time customer support through our Instant CRM and Helpdesk.
Manage and resolve client inquiries within expected timeframes, escalating when needed.
Handle complex client issues by following company policies.
Actively contribute ideas to improve our client experience process.
Collect and maintain accurate customer data.
Gather client feedback and share insights to address concerns.
Complete daily assigned tasks as directed by your supervisor.
What You Bring
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Confidence in handling email, chat, and multiple communication channels.
Strong listening, patience, and stress-management abilities.
Adaptability and discipline to thrive in a high-paced environment.
Competence with Google Sheets, Microsoft Office Suite, and moderate technical aptitude.
Openness to diverse opinions and collaboration within a team.
A positive attitude to help build and maintain a vibrant workplace culture.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
IELTS score of 6+ (advantageous).
Prior experience in a client-facing role (preferred).
Extracurricular achievements or unique skills (highly valued).
Shift Time: Roster Basis (mix of evening and night shifts each week, schedule changes weekly)
1:15 PM – 9:45 PM
10:30 PM – 7:30 AM
