Your Role in Our Mission

As an Executive – Business Intelligence, you will play a key role in strengthening FNmarkets’ reporting, analytics, and decision-support infrastructure. You will manage day-to-day data operations, deliver dashboards and reports, and transform raw data into structured insights that guide business decisions.

You will work closely with Product, Business Development, Operations, and Engineering teams to ensure data accuracy, KPI alignment, and reporting consistency. This role requires analytical rigor, technical fluency in SQL and BI tools, and the ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Manage day-to-day business data activities and prepare regular, ad-hoc, and management reports through dashboard or SQL statements..

• Collect, organize, analyze, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability.

• Translate business requirements into structured analytical outputs that support decision-making.

Dashboarding & Business Intelligence

• Strong knowledge on SQL based dashboard Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools (metabase & PowerBI) and spreadsheets.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), operational metrics, and business trends.

• Ensure reports and dashboards are intuitive, accurate, and aligned with business needs.

Insights & Performance Monitoring

• Apply analytical techniques such as SQL queries, formulas, pivot tables, and basic automation to generate insights.

• Identify trends, gaps, anomalies, and opportunities through data analysis.

• Perform basic root-cause analysis to explain performance variations and data discrepancies.

Data Quality & Governance Support

• Ensure data integrity and quality by validating inputs, monitoring data consistency, and following defined standards.

• Support data documentation, metric definitions, and reporting consistency across teams.

• Work with data engineering and system teams to report and resolve data issues.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with business, product, marketing, operations, and leadership teams on analytics and reporting needs.

• Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Support functional teams with data requirements, enabling them to focus on core operational and strategic activities.

Continuous Improvement

• Improve reporting workflows, data processes, and analytical methods to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

• Identify opportunities to standardize metrics, reports, and dashboards across the organization.

• Perform assigned tasks efficiently and in alignment with organizational policies, SOPs, and guidelines.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business, Economics, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or Business Intelligence-focused role.

• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, analysis, and reporting.

• Advanced working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, validation, structured logic).

• Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Metabase, or similar platforms.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience in fintech, trading, financial services, or other data-driven environments.

• Familiarity with KPI frameworks, automation techniques, or reporting optimization concepts.

• Exposure to data quality management or analytics governance principles.

Your Pay & Perks

• Monthly salary range: BDT 35,000 – 60,000.
