Position: Executive, Business Development
Office Hours: 09:30 AM - 6:30 PM


Compensation:

  • Salary: BDT 30,000 - BDT 35,000 

  • Bi-Annual Salary Increment (Eligibility Condition Applies)

  • 2 Times Yearly Festival Bonus (Eligibility Condition Applies)

Job Overview:
The Executive, Business Development represents our broker business, builds trusted relationships with partners, and ensures smooth onboarding and engagement. They are responsible for conducting market research, identifying potential leads, and driving new business opportunities.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Represent broker business and develop trusted relationships with partners.

  • Act as the lead point of contact for a portfolio of partnerships, handling high-severity requests and issue escalations.

  • Maintain regular communication and engagement with partners.

  • Conduct market research to identify and source potential leads.

  • Handle the end-to-end partner onboarding journey, including cold and warm calling.

  • Track and communicate progress on monthly/quarterly targets and initiatives.

  • Educate and train partners on platform adoption.

  • Work closely with internal teams to manage partners and operational support.

  • Coordinate organizational projects and manage daily project-related issues.

  • Liaise with internal departments to collect and consolidate user requirements and coordinate with partners to meet KPIs.

  • Introduce innovative approaches to unlock new opportunities and adapt to evolving market landscapes.

  • Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement to maintain a competitive edge.

  • Establish structured pathways for professional development and ensure industry trends and innovations are incorporated.

  • Stay attuned to market shifts and leverage intelligence to refine strategies and maintain agility.
