Your Role in Our Mission
As an Executive in Back-Office Operations, you will play a key role in keeping our business operations running smoothly during both day and night shift. You’ll handle financial transactions, manage and validate data, and support client experience, all while collaborating with internal teams to ensure everything runs seamlessly. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in back-office operations or data management is preferred but not required—you’ll have the opportunity to learn and grow on the job.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Accurate and Reliable Financial Operations
Handle payments, withdrawals, deposits, and international transactions with precision
Verify transactions to prevent errors and maintain financial integrity
Ensure timely processing to support smooth business operations
Seamless Client Experience
Verify trading balances and coordinate with brokers and financial partners
Resolve client issues quickly and proactively
Maintain a high standard of client satisfaction during night operations
High-Quality Data Management
Capture, sort, and validate operational data accurately
Maintain consistency and integrity across datasets
Provide insights and key findings to support data-driven decisions
Effective Cross-Team Collaboration
Coordinate with other departments to ensure tasks and projects are completed efficiently
Communicate clearly to support smooth workflows
Foster teamwork to achieve business objectives
Process Improvement and Optimization
Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or bottlenecks in operational workflows
Recommend improvements to enhance productivity and accuracy
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
What You Bring
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, MIS, or a related discipline
Previous experience in back-office operations, data management, business operations, or similar fields (preferred but not required)
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to effectively share insights and collaborate with teams
Excellent interpersonal skills to work smoothly with colleagues across departments
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
A detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all work
Your X-Factor
Experience using Google Sheets or Excel at an advanced level, including formulas, data validation, pivot tables, or dashboards to manage operational and financial data
Exposure to process automation or workflow optimization, such as using formulas, scripts, macros, or tools to reduce manual work and improve efficiency
Ability to identify gaps or inefficiencies in operational and data workflows and proactively suggest scalable improvements
Prior experience handling financial transactions, reconciliations, or data verification in a structured operational environment
Your Pay & Perks
Monthly salary range: BDT 35,000 - BDT 60,000
