Your Role in Our Mission

As a Payable Executive – Global Accounting within our Finance & Audit department, you will be a key guardian of our financial integrity and vendor relationships. In this role, you will streamline invoicing, control expenses, and maintain pristine global financial records. By ensuring accurate accounts payable processing, 3-way matching, and precise ledger reconciliations, your sharp analytical focus will safeguard our reputation, optimize cash flow, and capture key cost-saving opportunities.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Invoice Management & Payable Operations

• Prepare, issue, and monitor recurring billing schedules to ensure error-free automated cycles.

• Review and validate incoming vendor invoices against purchase orders and contracts using rigorous 3-way matching.

• Process vendor payments accurately on or before due dates, mitigating duplicate payments or overpayments.

Reconciliation & Reporting

• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations of vendor accounts, payables, and billing ledgers.

• Generate and analyze aging reports, outstanding payables, and billing discrepancies to support management decisions.

• Track payment terms and capture early payment discounts to maximize cost savings and working capital.

Dispute Resolution & Internal Controls

• Collaborate across internal teams (Procurement, Operations, Finance) and external partners to resolve billing queries swiftly.

• Maintain organized digital audit trails for all invoices, payments, and credit notes in compliance with global accounting standards.

• Identify workflow bottlenecks and advocate for process automation tools to continuously elevate efficiency.

What You Bring

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics from a reputable university. Candidates with CA Course Completed (CA CC) from a recognized firm are preferred.

• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or General Ledger accounting; driven freshers with strong core accounting knowledge are encouraged to apply.

• Software Knowledge: Hands-on familiarity with cloud accounting platforms such as QuickBooks or Xero, along with proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office (Excel).

• Financial Principles: Clear understanding of core financial management principles, double-entry bookkeeping, and GAAP/IFRS standards.

• Communication & Detail: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, coupled with high attention to detail and strong dispute-resolution capability.
