  • Support leadership in navigating complex, high-risk people situations with sound judgment.

Culture & Workplace Integrity

  • Support initiatives that promote psychological safety, respectful communication, and workplace fairness.

  • Monitor emerging trends in employee concerns and proactively recommend interventions.

  • Strengthen trust in internal processes by ensuring transparency and professionalism in case handling.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Track, analyze, and report ER metrics and case trends to inform leadership decisions.

  • Identify patterns and recommend process improvements to reduce recurrence of issues.

  • Contribute to building scalable ER workflows and documentation standards.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.

  • 5–6+ years of progressive experience in employee relations, HR advisory, or related roles.

  • Demonstrated experience conducting investigations and advising on policy interpretation.

  • Strong understanding of employment law and compliance standards.

  • Experience in multinational or matrixed organizational environments is preferred.

  • Professional HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, or similar) is a plus.

  • Strong investigation and conflict resolution capabilities.

  • Sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive matters.
