Your Role in Our Mission

As a DevOps Engineer on our team, you’ll take ownership of building and maintaining scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure. You’ll work with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to ensure our systems run smoothly across both Linux and Windows environments. You will play a key role in enabling continuous delivery of applications and services, collaborating closely with developers, QA, and product teams, and making a real impact on our modern, cloud-native ecosystem.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Cloud Infrastructure Management

• Design, deploy, and maintain scalable and secure infrastructure on AWS.

• Implement high-availability, resilience, and disaster recovery strategies.

Containerization & Orchestration

• Build, manage, and optimize Docker containers and Kubernetes clusters (EKS preferred).

• Ensure efficient workload scheduling, monitoring, and autoscaling.

CI/CD Pipeline Development

• Design and manage end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions.

• Automate build, test, and deployment workflows across multiple environments.

Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

• Write and maintain infrastructure using Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.

• Enforce version control, modularity, and reusability in IaC projects.

System Administration

• Maintain and secure both Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS) and Windows Server environments.

• Perform monitoring, patching, and performance tuning.

Monitoring & Security

• Implement observability and alerting solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, or CloudWatch.

• Support and enforce DevSecOps practices across deployment pipelines.

Collaboration & Documentation

• Work closely with developers, QA, and product teams to streamline deployments.

• Document infrastructure processes, architecture, and operational procedures.

What You Bring

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or System Engineering roles.

• Proven expertise in:

  • AWS: EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, EKS

  • Kubernetes: EKS, Helm, Ingress Controllers, Network Policies

  • Docker: multi-stage builds, image optimization

  • CI/CD tools: GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD

  • IaC: Terraform or CloudFormation

• Strong knowledge of Linux administration and familiarity with Windows Server environments.

• Familiar with networking fundamentals, load balancing, and security best practices.

• Experience with Git, monitoring tools, and scripting languages (Bash, Python, PowerShell).

Your X-Factor

• Experience in FinTech, Banking, or other regulated industries.

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect / DevOps Engineer or Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA).

• Exposure to multi-cloud environments (Azure, GCP).

• Understanding of compliance and data security standards (ISO 27001, PCI-DSS).
