Your Role in Our Mission
Compensation and Benefits Analyst driving the execution of global compensation, performance, and benefits programs in high-performance environments at NEXT Ventures. Partnering with HR, Finance, and leadership to deliver data-driven incentive modeling, performance analytics, and compliant reward outcomes. Ensuring pay-for-performance, governance excellence, and operational rigor across global teams.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Compensation & Total Rewards Execution
Support the execution and maintenance of compensation frameworks aligned with business and performance objectives.
Assist in administering compensation structures across functions including trading, technology, research, and operations.
Support the annual compensation cycle, including data preparation, validation, and reporting for salary reviews and bonus processes.
Administer short-term and long-term incentive programs (STI, LTIP, deferred compensation), ensuring accurate calculations, documentation, and timely payouts.
Conduct compensation benchmarking and market analysis; prepare reports and insights to support decision-making.
Prepare and maintain compensation guidelines, templates, and tools for HRBPs and business stakeholders.
Performance Management & OKR Operations
Support the execution of performance management processes, including OKR tracking, review cycles, and reporting.
Maintain performance data accuracy and ensure timely system updates across review periods.
Assist in preparing performance reports and analytics to support calibration and decision-making.
Coordinate with HRBPs and stakeholders to ensure smooth rollout of performance cycles.
Act as a system administrator or key user for performance management tools (e.g., HiBob), ensuring data integrity and user support.
Benefits, Wellbeing & Retention Programs
Support the administration of benefits programs across regions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local practices.
Assist in benefits benchmarking, cost tracking, and vendor coordination.
Monitor benefits utilization and prepare reports to support program evaluation and improvements.
Support the rollout of wellbeing initiatives and employee engagement programs.
Governance, Compliance & Reporting
Ensure accurate and compliant execution of compensation and benefits programs in line with local regulations.
Maintain proper documentation, data records, and audit trails for all C&B processes.
Support audits, data requests, and reporting requirements related to compensation and benefits.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure smooth operational processes and compliance.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
3-5 years of progressive HR experience across Total Rewards or Performance.
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills (Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, adept at navigating executive and regional complexities.
High integrity, discretion, and resilience in high-performance, confidential environments.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately with compensation and HR data.
Comfortable working with numbers and people — able to translate data into clear insights and reports.
Organized and adaptable, able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
