Your Role in Our Mission
As Chief People Officer, you will lead the global HR strategy for NEXT Group, a rapidly scaling fintech with operations across multiple countries. Your role is to align talent, culture, performance, and compliance with our business growth and transformation goals.
You will build and mature a high-impact, globally consistent HR function, ensuring strong governance, workforce planning, and people development. From succession planning to policy design, you will drive scalable systems that support both local needs and international standards.
In addition, you will lead change management efforts across the organization to support our diverse workforce, global scalability, and multi-location operations. This includes designing and executing structured approaches to navigate organizational change, ensure cross-border alignment, and embed new ways of working across varied cultural and regulatory environments.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Global People Strategy & Leadership
Direct the development and execution of unified, global HR strategies that support the business growth across multiple regions & regulatory landscapes.
Partner with executive leadership to blueprint organizational structure, workforce planning, and long-term talent needs across all business units.
Champion a globally consistent yet locally adaptable HR philosophy, ensuring alignment with regional laws, cultures, and market dynamics.
Lead the evolution of the company’s culture to ensure it supports strategic growth, performance, and global team cohesion.
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
Architect and drive talent acquisition strategies tailored to each region, ensuring timely hiring of high-impact talent for both operational and leadership roles.
Reinforce a sustainable employer branding across diverse geographies, showcasing the company as a top-tier destination for brokerage and fintech professionals.
Transformation & Change Management
Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that support global scalability, cross-border collaboration, and organizational growth.
Drive a high-performance culture rooted in accountability, agility, and inclusivity, ensuring company values are reflected consistently across a diverse and geographically distributed workforce.
Oversee change management strategies that guide leaders and teams through expansion, restructuring, and evolving business needs with clarity and confidence.
Foster a culture of adaptability and resilience, enabling employees across all regions to embrace change and contribute meaningfully through periods of transition.
HR Metrics & Decision Making
Leverage people analytics to surface insights and guide strategic decisions on headcount, turnover, talent gaps, and culture metrics.
Champion digital-first HR practices that improve speed, accuracy, and employee experience.
Global Compliance, Governance & Regulatory Alignment
Ensure full compliance with labor regulations, employment laws, and HR standards across all countries of operation, maintaining the highest levels of legal and ethical integrity.
Establish a global HR governance framework that balances centralized policy alignment with region-specific regulatory requirements, supporting scalable and compliant growth.
Performance, Rewards & Recognition
Develop and lead a performance-driven rewards and recognition framework that reinforces business goals, motivates high performance, and promotes a culture of meritocracy.
Ensure reward programs, including monetary and nonmonetary recognition are regionally relevant, equitable, and responsive to evolving employee expectations, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
Continuously align performance management processes with transparent goal setting, feedback mechanisms, and meaningful recognition to drive engagement and retention across all locations.
What You Bring
12+ years of progressive HR leadership experience; at least 5 years at the executive level.
Strong experience in brokerage, financial services, or fast-paced high-regulation industries.
Proven success in leading cross-border HR teams and scaling HR in high-growth environments.
Deep understanding of organizational psychology, talent frameworks, and HR tech.
Demonstrated expertise in culture building, change management, and DEI.
Good understanding of labor legislation across the APAC and MENA regions.
Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or equivalent.
