Your Role in Our Mission
As an Executive – Business Operations, you will be an essential link in ensuring smooth, efficient workflows that support the backbone of NEXT Ventures. Your work in managing data and enabling client communication directly impacts operational clarity and team agility. You will drive consistency in daily processes and support departments in delivering exceptional internal and external service.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Data Entry & Management
Maintain accurate and up-to-date business records
Ensure consistency and correctness of data across platforms
Prepare structured reports and dashboards for internal use
Operational Support
Coordinate with different departments to ensure daily tasks are completed
Assist in documenting and refining standard operating procedures
Support compliance checks and internal audits as required
Client & Stakeholder Communication
Communicate with clients professionally via email or other platforms
Address inquiries and route them to appropriate departments
Follow up on pending requests and ensure resolution
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
0–2 years of experience in operations, data entry, or business support
Strong analytical and multitasking abilities
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Familiarity with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail)
Experience with data visualization tools (preferred, not mandatory)

Reliable, organized, and thrives in process-driven environments
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive in identifying inefficiencies and suggesting improvements
Adaptable and quick to learn in a fast-paced setup
