Compensation:

  • Salary Range: BDT 30,000 - BDT 50,000

  • Bi-Annual Salary Increment (Eligibility Condition Applies).

  • 2 Times Yearly Festival Bonus (Eligibility Condition Applies).

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful individual to join NEXT Ventures as an Strategic Coordinator to the Head of Business. This role involves simplifying daily tasks, both professionally and personally, while ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across organizational operations. By managing schedules, commitments, and workflows, you will enable the Head of Business to focus on high-priority tasks and strategic goals.

As you work closely with the Head of Business, you will gain filtered knowledge and valuable insights into decision-making processes, contributing to the organization’s success. If you are a proactive problem solver with exceptional organizational skills and a passion for collaboration, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Workflow Support: Act as the primary point of contact for the Head of Business, focusing on simplifying and streamlining personal and professional tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Calendar & Priority Management: Manage and prioritize the Head of Business’s schedule, balancing professional engagements with personal commitments to ensure efficient time management.

  • Task Management: Proactively handle and delegate routine tasks, monitor progress, follow up on pending items, and ensure deadlines are met to reduce the workload on the Head of Business.

  • Travel & Event Coordination: Organize travel arrangements, accommodations, personal errands, and assist with planning professional and personal events to meet the Head of Business’s needs.

  • Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as a trusted intermediary for personal and professional interactions, ensuring seamless communication and alignment with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.

  • Meeting & Presentation Preparation: Ensure the Head of Business is well-prepared for meetings and presentations by organizing materials and providing clear, concise briefs.

  • Ad-hoc Support: Take on varied responsibilities as needed to support the Head of Business’s dynamic personal and professional needs, such as conducting research and providing actionable insights.

  • Continuous Improvement: Actively seek opportunities to enhance processes, organization, and time management to better support the Head of Business and achieve objectives.

Job requirements

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree: Business Administration, Management, or a related field with proven experience in executive operations and project coordination.

Skills:

  • Organizational and Technical Skills: Strong organizational abilities with proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office, and collaboration tool like ClickUp, along with a tech-savvy mindset.

  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent English speaking and writing skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels and communicate effectively. Additionally, having extracurricular activities is a bonus point.
