Salary Range: BDT 30,000 - BDT 40,000
Bi-Annual Salary Increment (Eligibility Condition Applies).

Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and proactive PR & Community Management Executive to help shape and strengthen our brand’s voice across public platforms and internal communities. This role combines content creation, digital communication, and public relations, requiring strong writing skills, awareness of platform dynamics, and cross-functional collaboration.
Job Responsibilities:
Create and publish engaging visual and written content across platforms including Facebook, X (Twitter), Instagram, LinkedIn, and Discord.
Monitor community discussions and public mentions to stay updated on sentiment, emerging trends, and key conversations.
Serve as a communication point between the brand and its audience—responding to comments, addressing queries, and supporting brand engagement.
Support public-facing initiatives such as media features, collaborations, and press coverage.
Draft communication materials including press briefs, brand statements, and award submissions.
Work with internal teams (Marketing, Client Experience, Product, and Business Development) to align messaging across all content.
Provide internal reports summarizing engagement insights, content performance, and key platform activities.
Stay informed on relevant digital and industry developments to improve communication approaches.
Explore and propose public recognition opportunities that align with brand growth.

Job requirements
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing,
Additional certifications in Crisis Communication, Digital PR, or Media Relations
Skills & Competencies:
Strong writing and communication abilities with attention to detail.
Experience in managing digital communities and social platforms.
Familiarity with publishing tools and content scheduling systems.
Ability to adjust messaging according to platform and audience needs.
Well-organized, adaptable, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
